I bought this doll for my daughter the outfits were cute and the doll had a pretty face and a reasonable amount of makeup and did not look like a clown. When I opened the box and removed everything it was all cute and I knew my daughter would have a good time with it. The only drawback I guess you could say is that when I removed the Barbie doll from the box I was a little shocked that it looked like she got her hair cute with a pair of pinking shears. I don't think that there is one hair on this dolls head that is the same length needless to say that all this dolls hair can do is just hang there and you cannot even pull it back in a ponytail to keep it looking nice. This doll will look a mess in a short time as most Barbie's do. But like most parent my daughter is happy and in the end that is all that matters.

These dresses have to be the most awful Barbie dresses created. They look cute in the picture, but in reality are made of some kind of material that feels like some kind of loud, crinkly sounding paper. Even the velcro that holds the dress closed on the doll is sub-par. The pink dress has one side of velcro that is red and the other side is green - maybe a minor issue if the dresses were of any decent quality.



Even my four year old, who is all about princesses, is not impressed.



I absolutely do NOT recommend this product.

She gets frustrated though because she wants to use it with water (makes sense) but....we won't let her do that in her room or living room - so she is only able to use it in the bathroom - I suppose when it is warmer out that outside will be fine. She also is frustrated by the beach chair - the pieces come undone easily and she hasn't figured out how to put it back together without help. Overall was an ok toy.

She loves it....it's one of those toys though, that kids love but is kind of a pain for parents. I didn't even think about the fact when I bought it, that this toy is messy! It can't be in her room, she has to play with it in the kitchen because water gets all over the place. It's very cute though, and sturdy.

Thanks to all of you for the reviews on the Barbie Glamour Camper. You saved a divorced single Dad a boat load of money today. I was ready to pull the trigger until I read the reviews. Receiving the Toys R Us flyer today, this product is $69.00 at the store and they give you a free Barbie convertible. I am EXTREMLY disappointed with Amazon. I have had nothing but success over the past 2 years ordering from them.
